QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our Guarantee
All CuberShop products are 100% authentic, brand new, and carefully packaged with protective bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely without damage. If your item has a genuine defect, we’ll replace, exchange, or refund it within 30 days at no extra cost to you.
About “Pops”
Sometimes, especially when a cube is new, a piece might pop out during solving. This is called a “pop” and is normal in speed cubing. It doesn’t mean the cube is broken, and the piece can usually be reattached easily. Pops are not considered defects.
Handle with Care
Please avoid turning the puzzle too roughly or forcing the pieces, as this may cause damage that isn’t covered by our guarantee.
