Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

CuberShop ships worldwide.
However, if your country or region is outside our supported shipping scope, you will not be able to select it at checkout. Any attempt to bypass this by entering an incorrect country/region is prohibited, and we will not fulfill such orders.


2. Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0–2 business days.
  • We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • During special events (such as holiday sales or major product launches), if shipping delays exceed 5 business days, we will contact you by email to provide updates.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • We partner with a wide range of global carriers (including but not limited to FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local couriers).
  • Available shipping options, carriers, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Both standard and express shipping options are available for most regions.
  • Please note: delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over USD $49.99 in most countries (approximately 99% coverage).
  • Free Expedited Shipping is available for orders over USD $149.99 in selected countries.
  • For orders below the free shipping thresholds, we charge a flat rate per region. Shipping costs will not increase for larger orders.
  • Exact shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

At checkout, you may see two options:

  • Duties & Taxes Included: You pre-pay for all import taxes, duties, and VAT. No additional charges upon delivery.
  • Duties & Taxes Not Included: You are responsible for paying all applicable import taxes, VAT, and duties upon delivery. We strongly encourage you to check your local customs policies before selecting this option.

Important Notes:

  • Customs inspections are outside of our control and are not included in shipping time calculations.
  • While CuberShop is not responsible for customs-related delays, if you encounter issues, please contact us. As a gesture of goodwill, we may consider partial reimbursement depending on circumstances.

6 – Special Circumstances & Delays

CuberShop is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs inspections, carrier strikes, or other events outside of our control. However, we will always try our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

6.1 Lost Packages During Transit
Before a package can be classified as lost in transit, we require a waiting period of 45 calendar days from the last tracking update. If no updates are received within this timeframe, the order will be considered officially lost. At that point, CuberShop will provide a full reimbursement of your order value to the original payment method.

6.2 Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an invalid or incomplete address, CuberShop will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with our carrier to attempt redelivery. However, if the carrier does not offer redelivery and the package cannot be returned to us, we regret that we will be unable to issue a refund. Providing a correct and deliverable shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

6.3 Incorrect Addresses Provided
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the package is delivered to the wrong recipient, CuberShop is unable to retrieve the package. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the customer will bear full responsibility for the error.

6.4 Customs Holds Due to Incorrect Receiver Information
If customers provide incorrect recipient details such as full name, phone number, or address, and the package is subsequently held or seized by customs for this reason and ultimately not delivered, CuberShop will not bear responsibility. No refund will be issued in such cases, as the error lies with the customer-provided information.

6.5 Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the customer, we will refund only the product cost, minus a 15% processing fee based on the total order amount. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

6.6 Compensation Limits

  • If a package is lost during transit, we will reimburse the full order value with a maximum cap of USD $300.
  • For claims exceeding USD $100, we reserve the right to request a police report and carrier documentation before issuing reimbursement.
  • If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it (e.g., theft after delivery), we will only reimburse 50% of the product value. A police report may also be requested in such cases.

7. Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take time to reflect after dispatch.

8. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

  • Pre-order items may have a future shipping date listed on the product page.
  • If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders to avoid delays.
  • If combined orders exceed the free shipping threshold, we may, at our discretion, split the shipment at our cost.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number, photos (if applicable), and tracking information.
  • Refunds, replacements, or reimbursements will follow the conditions outlined in Section 6.

10. Interpretation of Policies

CuberShop reserves the right to make the final interpretation and explanation of all policies stated in this document.

While we strive to ensure that our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service are clear and transparent, there may be situations that require clarification.
In such cases, CuberShop’s official explanation shall prevail.
