About “Pops”

Sometimes, especially when a cube is new, a piece might pop out during solving. This is called a “pop” and is normal in speed cubing. It doesn’t mean the cube is broken, and the piece can usually be reattached easily. Pops are not considered defects.

Handle with Care

Please avoid turning the puzzle too roughly or forcing the pieces, as this may cause damage that isn’t covered by our guarantee.
