We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making. We reserve the right to modify site contents without prior notice.

4 – Pricing and Service Changes

5 – Products or Services

Some products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Product images and colours are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will match the actual product.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of products or services to certain individuals or regions and to limit quantities per order. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time.

6 – Order Processing and Cancellations

Once an order is processed internally (e.g., payment confirmed, items picked or packed), it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before processing, contact us immediately at info@cubershop.com.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent or reseller orders.

7 – Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Conditions:

• Return Shipping Fee Cap & Return Label – Returns are eligible for a return shipping fee cap of USD $20 (we will cover up to this amount). If the actual return shipping cost exceeds USD $20, you must pay the difference. In most cases, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment; however, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label upon request, and the applicable cost will be deducted from your refund. While return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility, we will try our best to assist you in finding a cost-effective option.
• Items must be returned in their original, brand new condition with all packaging and accessories.

• Item Condition – If the returned item is received in brand new condition and suitable for resale, NO restocking fee (0%) will be charged.

  • A variable restocking fee will apply for items not in brand new condition, based on the extent of wear, missing accessories, or packaging damage.

  • In severe cases (e.g., empty box, counterfeit item, or product damaged beyond resale), a 100% restocking fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive the return for the refund to appear.

8 – Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of these tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

9 – Third-Party Links

Our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and you use them at your own risk.

10 – User Content and Feedback

If you submit suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and publish such content. We have no obligation to keep submissions confidential or respond to them.
